Indications: Peripheral neuroparthy, diabetic neuropathy, alcoholicneuroparthy, druginduced neuropathy, dementia.
Dosage : 1500mcg of Mecobalamin daily divided into three doses, for a period of minimum 2 month. The dosage may be adjusted depending on the patients age and symptoms.

Side effects: Gastrointestinal adverse drug reactions included anorexia, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Rerely hypersensitivity reactions like rash may occur.
